The below meditations are designed to help participants navigate their inner landscape with clarity and ease, promoting integration and harmony within. By combining the resonance of vibrational instruments (e.g. singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and sound plates etc.), Shirlyn guides participants on a journey of self-discovery and holistic balance.


Relaxation Meditation


Through gentle, intentional prompts and soothing sensory cues, Shirlyn empowers participants to release the grip of stress, anxiety, and mental chatter. By turning their attention inward and cultivating mindful awareness of the breath and physical sensations, individuals will find themselves gradually slipping into deeply restorative states of being.

As the session progresses, Shirlyn may incorporate elements like visualization, body scans, or the resonant tones of sound instruments to further deepen the relaxation response.

Color Meditation

Participants immerse themselves in a particular hue and observe how it impacts their emotions, thoughts, and overall well-being. Seeing the world through a red lens, for example, can evoke feelings of passion, strength, and groundedness, while a blue filter may induce a sense of calm, introspection, and improved communication. This color-infused experience allows participants to consciously expose themselves to certain vibrations, which can stimulate and soothe different aspects of their being.


Grounding Meditation

Through mindful awareness of the physical body and its contact with the ground, our Grounding Meditation guides participants on a journey of rooting and rejuvenation.


Under Shirlyn's facilitation, individuals will have the opportunity to tap into the earth's stabilizing force, allowing it to calm the nervous system and foster a profound sense of safety and security. By establishing a steady, anchored presence, they'll find themselves better equipped to navigate the ebbs and flows of their inner and outer experience with self-trust.

Drawing upon ancient wisdom, Shirlyn guides participants on deeply immersive journeys to align and harmonize the body's vital energetic centers.


Through the skillful use of crystals, aromatherapy, and chakra affirmations, participants will be gently guided to identify any blockages or imbalances within their chakra landscape.

Breathing Exercise

Breath Meditation

At the core, conscious breathwork helps to regulate the autonomic nervous system, triggering the relaxation response and reducing the impacts of stress. The deep, mindful inhalations and exhalations facilitate a letting go, allowing participants to move through challenging emotions with ease and equanimity. This can lead to a greater sense of emotional balance and integration. By consciously working with the breath, participants can tap into increased oxygenation, which supports cellular renewal, boosts mood, and enhances mental clarity.
