What is Aura?

In ancient Greek, the word Aura originally meant "breeze," "breath," or "gentle breath."

 

Aura is an "energy halo" or "energy field" that surrounds the human body, acting like a projector that conveys information about your inner state to the outside world. The aura is dynamic—its colors and intensity change with emotions, thoughts, environment, and physical condition. Because of this, we can, at any time, bring a new harmonious frequency to the aura through awareness and transformation of our thoughts.

The colors in an Aura Photograph are a visual snapshot of your energy at that moment. Each shade corresponds to different aspects of your energy, personality, or potential. It's very common to see a blend of colors, which reflects the many different facets of your physical, mental, and spiritual state. That said, you also have a dominant aura color that captures your current core energy or potential.​

What are Chakras?

​​Rooted in ancient Indian wisdom, the Sanskrit word for Chakra means "wheel," symbolizing the spinning wheels of energy concentrated within the human body. We have seven main chakras, extending from the base of the spine to the crown of the head, each corresponding to specific physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual aspects.​

 

Think of these seven chakras as the body’s "Wi-Fi hotspots." Each hotspot is responsible for transmitting different types of energy, much like managing a specific signal channel to ensure the smooth functioning of your body and mind. If a hotspot’s signal is weak, the corresponding functions may disconnect or become unstable. If a hotspot is overused, even a full signal can lead to excessive energy depletion.​

 

When people, events, or situations in the outside world—like unauthorized programs running in the background—start draining your mental energy, maintaining awareness can help you detect this abnormal "data traffic" right away.

 

This awareness brings the freedom of choice:

  • Accept and utilize your current energy state (e.g., channel anger to courageously say "no")

  • Replenish weakened energy points (e.g., strengthen self-expression through "mirror dialogue practice")

  • Redirect excessive energy into creative outlets (e.g., transform anxiety into painting)

  • Recalibrate your energy hotspots through meditation, breathing, exercise, or time in nature, restoring balance and stability.

 

Yet awareness is not the end goal—it is the starting point for actively designing your inner network. Let energy become a flowing resource, gradually building a more balanced and harmonious state!
