We will only exchange products that arrive faulty or damaged: 
To be eligible for an exchange, (1) a photograph of the product is required as proof of the defect/damage; (2) the product needs to be sent back within 7 days of receiving the package. We will be able to send out a replacement within 7 days of receiving the returned product. We will not be able to refund the delivery cost and any additional delivery costs due to the exchange. Please note: product exchange can be arranged at our studio.
Free Studio Pick Up 
All orders placed online can be picked up at our studio in Sheung Wan.

S.F. Cash On Delivery
