SHIPPING POLICY

Free Studio Pick Up

All orders placed online can be picked up at our studio in Sheung Wan.


S.F. Cash On Delivery

The delivery cost will be paid directly to S.F. Express by the customer upon receiving/picking up the package. It will not be reflected on the order. For orders delivered to S.F. store locations or lockers, please list the location/ locker code on the shipping address during checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.
We will only exchange products that arrive faulty or damaged:

To be eligible for an exchange,

(1) a photograph of the product is required as proof of the defect/damage;

(2) the product needs to be sent back within 7 days of receiving the package. We will be able to send out a replacement within 7 days of receiving the returned product. We will not be able to refund the delivery cost and any additional delivery costs due to the exchange. Please note: product exchange can be arranged at our studio.
