From a spiritual perspective, our career is far more than a job or a source of income. It is a primary arena for soul expression and growth. Think of it not as a series of tasks on a resume, but as a sacred contract the soul has made with this lifetime. It is one of the key ways our soul chooses to engage with the world, contribute its unique gifts, and learn the specific lessons it came here to master.
Every role, every project, and every professional relationship is a mirror reflecting back to us where we are in our spiritual development. It challenges our limits, calls forth our courage, and invites us to heal what holds us back.
Why, then, do we feel so much resistance when facing career change or expansion opportunities? We feel we're meant for more, yet progress stalls, doubt lingers, opportunities seem out of reach, and the path is unclear.
This disconnect often stems from hidden, subconscious blocks—energetic residues of past events, beliefs, wounds, or deep-seated fears that contradict our goals.

On a deep level, what is the "cost" you believe you would have to pay for having the career you truly desire?
