From a spiritual perspective, we are only here to learn about ourselves and our connection to Spirit. The soul doesn’t seek to get approval from others, to pay attention to our grades, and to achieve something that has absolutely nothing to do with who we are within.
But while on Earth, we navigate different "curriculums," like school and work, which introduce their own sets of challenges and expectations. When learning feels uncomfortable or disconnected—especially with things like exams or acquiring new skills—it can reflect deeper feelings about our place in the world. If you resist learning, feeling bored, or dread it, that’s often your soul trying to avoid pouring energy into something that doesn’t return light.
There are many reasons a person may find learning difficult:
Limiting beliefs
Discordant Imprints (e.g. past-life associations where knowledge was linked to judgment, suppression, criticism, punishment, or loss of freedom)
Fear-Based Reactions (reinforced by authority figures or unsolved past experiences)
Soul Contracts or Identifications that render learning heavy and unrewarding
Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) addresses these challenges at their roots by clearing and identifying energetic and subconscious blockages disrupting the learning process. Once these barriers are removed, you’ll start to attract opportunities, teachers, and subjects that naturally resonate with you, making your growth feel vibrant and purposeful again. You will get to see learning as a natural part of yourself. It’s an experience that we are all to have, and not as a burden just so that we can gain knowledge and use it in order to fulfill a need that’s outside of ourselves. Learning becomes an experience where you truly understand who you are and you get to express your natural true self.
