Physical Aging

Physical aging is a completely natural process that begins from the moment we are born. Our minds and emotions also evolve over time. Nevertheless, influenced by the media and society, many people might have internalized negative definitions regarding aging. When meeting someone for the first time, we might instinctively assess their age and form initial impressions and judgments based on it, such as intelligence, attractiveness, success, ambition, intelligence, emotional intelligence etc. 


Judgment and fear have a detrimental influence on the body, resulting in the weakening of health, physical resilience, and the immune system etc. When we internalize negative beliefs about aging, it can lead to increased stress, anxiety, and imbalance physically, emotionally, and mentally. SRT aims to uncover the underlying causes and clear any blocks that hinder a harmonious connection with our bodies, increasing our health and vitality. 


These questions can serve as guidance for self-reflection or clearing:


  • What is the first feeling or word that comes up when I think about "aging"?


  • What are the energies that impact my mental and emotional age?


  • What foods or diets make my physical body feel balanced and supported?


  • How much is my aging in the physical body impacted by fears?


  • What types of exercises or sleeping habits are most beneficial for my energy level?
